Purpose of the position To be accountable for the maintenance jobs at Intel Dalian Fab68 site, and support Fab68A’s as needed, including daily PM, CM and overhaul. Principal responsibilities Plan and implement PM /CM and overhaul of the Spectra 15k generator, 100TPD NLU, 2* 40Nm3/h + 1*300Nm3/h hydrogen generators and all associated devices to ensure safe and reliable supplying to customer.Plan and implement PM and CM of GMS system and Purifiers in gas yard and purifier roomEnsures all SHEQ & maintenance standards/procedures in place and well following.Make sure all the maintenance activities are complied with customer and requirements, as well as regulations and rulesResponsible for SAP work order to be implemented on timeOwnership of maintenance initiatives at sitesWork with Performance and Reliability team for plant efficiency and maintenance & spare parts plan and execution to keep plant reliability and safetyResponsible for leading sub-contractor to carry out the maintenance planControl maintenance cost under budget--Required critical behaviours (suggest ca. 9) Strong customer relationship managementStrategy deliveryCapability developmentPerformance through people Required key skills (functional/technical) Excellent experience of complex gas plant maintenance.
