1.0 JOB IDENTIFICATION Job Title: Electrical Automation Engineer Supervisor: Maintenance Technology Supervisor Team: Maintenance Location: Dalian, PRC 2.0 JOB SUMMARY - Ensure the equipments are in well condition and repair the equipment in time in case of any breakdown. 3.0 KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3.1 Education - Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Electrical Engineering or Automation relevant profession 3.2 Knowledge / Skills - Professional knowledge of Siemens S7-300 S7-1200 S7-1500 - Professional knowledge of ABB or FANUC, especially in ABB - Good English communication skill both in reading and writing - Basic knowledge of mechanical unit such as valve, cylinder etc - Ability of independent analysis, judgment and problem solving - PC knowledge, Windows applications such as Excel, Word and Auto CAD - Live in DDA Dalian is preferred 3.3 Specific Experience - At least three years of working experience industrial automation project, preferably in AUTO assemble line 4.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited) - Maintains electrical and electronic equipments and components - Performs electrical preventive maintenance and assists maintenance with the handling of equipments breakdown - Performs electrical work required for installation and maintenance of equipments - Response to emergency situations, troubleshoots and repairs electrical problems - Assist to Plan and implement predictive and preventive maintenance for all the machines and equipments (TPM System) - Assist to design, manufacturing, and assembly of special machines fixture, and part for the company application. - Assist to establish trouble shooting archives in each machine of each process. - Make and follow up the procedure and form regarding maintenance
